Our facilities comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices and operate under a strictly enforced program of proper sanitation standards. Our processing facility is certified by the Safe Quality Food Institute (SQF) and our operating procedures are in compliance with the Food and Drug Administration. Our Staff are SQF and HACCP Certified to ensure the production of quality seafood.
Our Processing Facility is also equipped with the Automated Production Control System (APC) which tracks our products from each vessel, through our processing, and to our customers offering transparent traceability.
