Our facilities comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices and operate under a strictly enforced program of proper sanitation standards. Our operating procedures are in compliance with the Food and Drug Administration and both of our Facilities and our staff are HACCP Certified and to ensure the production of quality seafood.

Processing Facilities consist of a state of the art 20,000 square foot processing plant complete with a pressurized anti-microbial air sanitation system, nitrogen-fed Individual Quick Freezing (IQF)Tunnel, three ammonia-fed plate freezers, computerized bagging system and a 50,000 cubic foot freezer.
